1 - Listed prices are American dollars starting prices. Bellowed bids, will be kindly disregarded.
2 - The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer.
3 - Uniphila guaranties the authenticity of the lots.
4 - No claims will be accepted 30 days after the auction.
5 - The buyer will pay a 10% commission over hammer prices, plus packing and delivery charges, if necessary.
6 - Successful bidders will receive a pro-forma invoice. Payment is due within 5 days after pro forma's reception.
7 - Credit can be given in some cases, but lots will be not delivered before total payment.
8 - Lots will be delivered by registered air mail (or instructions), at buyer's charge and risk.
9 - Payment will be made by cheeks or bank drafts to the order of Alejandro Noriega.
